Lucy-Liu
Lucy Liu (born Lucy Liu) is an American voice actor director producer, and vocalist. She's a beautiful, intelligent actress who inspires numerous Asian actors to make it in Hollywood. She became famous after a number of popular early roles in television series. The most notable was her role in the Ally McBeal series, where she played Ling Woo the villainous character. The actress put her rapid popularity into big screen roles in films including Shanghai Noon and Charlie's Angels. Her next performance was a dazzling performance in the role of Japanese crime lord O-Ren as Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill Volume 1. The same year, she also portrayed the lead role in a few movies that were not a success at the box office like Rise: Blood Hunter. Later, she was able to start voicing characters from animated films such as Kung Fu Panda or Tinker Bell. Screen roles of a smaller screen like Mia Mason in Cashmere Mafia failed to produce outcomes. Southland's critically acclaimed police series, Southland and a recurring role helped Liu re-establish her acting career. Liu takes great care when making her choices so it doesn't result in her being typecast within a highly competitive industry. Although she's embraced her heritage, she hasn't allowed them to restrict her ability to express herself as an artist.
